TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELKOR HEALTH AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF VELKOR HEALTH FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), OR
• THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VELKOR HEALTH IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Velkor Health and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of applicable law
• your infringement of any third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services, other users, or our business.
